The journeys in my life have somehow always been connected to art and photography. My first Girl Scout badge was for photography. Don’t laugh…it’s true. It was only logical that as life progressed my creativity influenced my career choices. I entered into the business world of sales, marketing and creative design in no other than the “art materials” industry.
God’s plans, which are much bigger than mine, provided me with the opportunity to start my own business. This allows me to use both my business and creative talents. Along with the support of friends, family and clients, it is amazing to see what’s happening. This is my full time business which I love and enjoy. Specializing in location photography and in finding the perfect setting for each client’s request, I also offer clients the option of a portable studio.
I am a graduate of Dallas Christian College. I serve as a taskforce member of the Dallas Chapter of Women in Christian Media. Additionally, I am a member of the Professional Photographers Association and Wedding Portrait & Photographers International. To give my clients the best, continuing education is an important part of my business and is something I participate in several times a year.
All of our journeys, although different, are very special gifts that should be remembered. Through the many events of our lives that create moments, memories are often left undocumented. My goal, through photography, is to prevent that from happening. Working together in candid, posed and journalistic styles we will create exactly that…memories not to be forgotten.
I love to travel and am available to travel for your photo session within the states and internationally. I love to create scrapbooks of my family and friends and, when the time permits, take a ride on my Harley.
