I’ll fill the rest with moments and memories taken from one of the most important and moving days of your life. Capturing its essence to make memory blossom and life unfold ~ revealing impressions that evoke that unique time and place where two souls merged with a promise, sealed by a kiss.
In my photographs, art and emotion are married to form a casual elegance. Like a marriage, they form a relationship in which the two are entwined to become something more than their individual parts.
Together, they uplift each other. Bringing each other to an entirely new plane of existence. Above all, these photographs are human, speaking from the heart to the heart. More than snapshots that document an event, they are scenes shot specifically to evoke the emotional impressions of memory, reminding us of what is most important ~ the lives we share and the love we inspire.
I look to transform life into art. That’s not entirely true ... the details of life are art in and of themselves. They are the things we usually take for granted as we rush through them. Sometimes we have to stop for a moment, make them stand still, to truly recognize what they are ~ the expressions of beauty in life itself.
